千祈唔好幫襯oneplus

大家千祈唔好幫襯oneplus手機,售後服務簡直離哂譜之餘,間公司誠信,係零。

話說我部oneplus用左唔夠一年個mon就係咁閃,咁未過保養,梗係拎去整,於是就去佢地網上support度問,時為2015年8月31日。

第一階段:佢地回覆話,叫我試下flush左部機睇下個問題會唔會解決到。雖然以個閃嘅程度日益嚴重唻睇,software出問題嘅機會唔大,但試下都無妨,最多都係裝過哂d野啫。試左,唔work,時為9月4日。

第二階段:回覆話可能係個Cyanogen os唔得,要我裝佢地嘅oxygen os,但佢地俾用唻裝os嘅tool係唔work嘅,結果要夜晚等佢地喺我部pc度remote同我flush同裝過個新os,淨係remote都搞左兩個幾鐘,仲要唔催都唔俾資料我到底係點REMOTE法,要我上去佢個live chat排隊追佢 地個technician。重裝後個mon繼續閃,時為9月9日。幫我remote嘅technician知道問題持續後,即時肯定為hardware問題,並話會換部機俾我(Replacement)。

第三階段:結果第二日,佢地又話個replacement request要佢地公司唔知乜野部門再verify,結果延至同月14日,先俾detail我叫我自己寄番部機俾佢地,並要求寄掛號,以便追縱進度。郵費當然又係我自己俾。當時已有感此公司運作混亂,於是要求可否不用郵寄,自己親自去睇住你查睇住你換,網上support回覆話冇問題,但我之後打電話去佢地提供嘅地址,嗰度答佢地只係轉寄貨品,冇人負責check機嘅。即係個CS根本玩我。

第四階段:咁樣來來回回問答又花左兩日,結果我死死地氣喺9月16日寄左部機。香港郵政局嘅掛號顯示9月17日已將貨物送到該公司,並將該掛號號碼告知公司。然後,就冇左下文。

第五階段:於24日,即郵局顯示該公司已收到手機後的7日,由於完全杳無音訊,於是再次喺網上追蹤進度。會喺24日查問嘅原因,係因為佢地話會俾replacement嘅時候,寫明會Ship Replacement within 7 days of return,即手機送抵後7日內會回寄手機俾我。結果,冇人回覆。

第六階段:28日,再次於網上查問,仍無回覆。於是我喺29日朝早用佢地嘅Live chat追問,個cs答我話部機still on the way,我即刻火都唻,呢個明顯係大話唻,郵政局嘅紀錄話寄到左已經十幾日。問佢咁我部機而家即係喺邊,佢可以話佢自己都唔知。叫佢問個知嘅,結果搞左成個鐘,佢話網上條Feed有update,叫我check。我一睇,上面話"We are still coordinating with the technician from our warehouse about the returned device.",咁即係收到左。我唔知信佢地兩個邊個好。

第七階段:10月2日,忍無可忍,喺佢地facebook page度問到底佢地想點,結果佢地喺10月3日回覆:"We are still waiting for their confirmation. I will be placing this ticket on hold so it will not get closed due to inactivity, we will update you as soon as we get any information from our warehouse confirming that the order can be created and your device has passed inspection."即係仲未搞掂,由我Report部機有事起,已經搞左成個月,寄部機都過左兩星期有多。

第八階段:10月8日,朝早check email,結果收到佢地嘅email話:"Just wondering if you've had a chance to review the latest update from ? provided an update some time ago, but we haven't heard back from you.

The ticket is now marked as 'solved'. However, if you'd like to provide an update, or require more time to work through our latest comment, simply reply to this email to reopen the ticket.

If your inquiry was resolved, this ticket will be closed in 5 days." 即係所謂place the ticket on hold係流嘅。而直到今日,我部機寄左去,已經足3星期,個問題搞左成個幾月,仲係未solve嘅,都真係好難想像香港仲會有邊間手機商,會搞個客成個月都未搞掂。

簡直荒謬到極。
